The following two options are still great rear kitchen floorplans, but are no longer being built for 2024. While they may be a little harder to find, you should be able to get a better deal on them.
Since they are only in stock at dealers, that means dealers will want to get rid of them and will most likely be willing to drop the price significantly!

Forest River apparently no longer makes the Cardinal Luxury series, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good motorhome. Probably not enough units were sold, or they were too expensive to produce; therefore, the series was taken out of production completely.
The kitchen of the Cardinal Luxury 390FBX has a 17-cubic-foot refrigerator accompanied by almost all the construction and appliances suitable for residential use. It has several slides that open to a huge living area.
The vehicle has two three seater sofas with theater seating, a half bath with washer/dryer, a king size bed in the pull out bedroom and a full bath with shower and double sinks.
You can already find this model on RV Trader for around $30,000 less than MSPR. The 2022 and 2021 models can even be had for less than $90,000.
